Drew Patrick is the founding member of Drew Patrick Law, PLLC, and specializes in media- and entertainment-related transactions. He represents clients across the film, television, publishing, music, new media and communications industries, and has negotiated and drafted a wide variety of agreements related to the development, financing, production, acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property. He also has experience with general corporate matters, ranging from corporate formations to employment contracts to vendor agreements. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Patrick practiced law at Debevoise & Plimpton, resident in its New York office, and Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. He also wrote and produced film, television and radio programming, including a full-length feature film entitled, Village Idiots, which was distributed in Europe. Mr. Patrick graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College and obtained his law degree at Vanderbilt University, where he served as Executive Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of the Coif.

Michael McCormack is an associate member of Drew Patrick Law, PLLC and specializes in a broad range of entertainment and media-related matters across the film, television, publishing, new media and fashion modeling industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCormack was a Business Affairs Attorney at ICM Partners, a leading global entertainment agency. Mr. McCormack graduated with honors from Cornell University and obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
